Prenatal vitamins from Olly taste great and are very simple to take. It contains all the necessities I require, such as folic acid and DHA.
Omega-3 DHA, a healthy fat that both mom and baby require daily, is also included in the Essential Prenatal Multi, which provides all the nutrients necessary for a healthy pregnancy. Learn more about Olly Essential Prenatal Multi by reading the information below!

Olly Essential Prenatal Multi Detailed Opinion
Ease of Use
I find it to be very simple to use these gummies. Just 2 should be taken daily. It is practical to take them with or without food or water.
The gummies themselves are pretty large compared to most. They resemble tiny discs. I didn’t mind their size, though; they were still simple to chew.
Taste
The flavor of these gummies is excellent. They have a citrus flavor and a sugar coating.
I usually don’t like when gummies have a sugar coating because it makes them overly sweet, but these still tasted delicious.
The citrus taste is very fresh and not fake tasting. These gummies taste fantastic compared to many other citrus-flavored gummies, which I find to be overly sweet and artificial-tasting.
Ingredient Analysis
The ingredients in Olly Essential Prenatal Multi are good, but not great. I would have liked to see a few more ingredients.
It contains 800mcg of folic acid as its first ingredient, which is 100% of the daily allowance advised for pregnant women. So that’s a great amount, I’m glad to see it has a good amount of Folic Acid, as that’s a very important vitamin during pregnancy.
It is good for folic acid now, but it actually lacks in some other crucial areas.
There are no B1, B2, Biotin, Vitamin K, Calcium, Iron, or Iodine in Olly Gummies. I think there’s a lot missing there. Numerous of these vitamins are necessary for the growth of your baby, particularly for the development of their heart, brains, and other body parts.
Omegas and Zinc are also a little low in Olly Essential Prenatal Multi. I would prefer slightly higher dosages of these. It does, however, contain some Omegas.
Though no prenatal vitamin is perfect, overall, the ingredients could be better.
Side Effects
I noticed I got a sour tasting after taste in my mouth when I took these. After eating them, I felt like I needed to brush my teeth.
Price/Value
These candies are reasonably priced. They’re $13.99 for a 30 day supply, which is around $0.50 per day. That amounts to less than the typical prenatal vitamin.
Guarantee
They do, and it’s great that they offer a 30-day guarantee on their website.

“I was unsure of what to anticipate with these vitamins because they typically upset my stomach. They taste fantastic, and to my pleasant surprise, they’re also practical. Taking a gummy instead of a capsule is much more convenient and easier. Delicious and revitalizing, the citrus flavor is.”

“The fact that this prenatal vitamin is a gummy rather than a massive horse pill is a great start. Second, I appreciate that the vitamin contains DHA, which is excellent for my child’s brain development. The gummies are tasty and simple to chew. 5/5 I recommend this product for pregnant or nursing mamas!”

“I am 8 weeks pregnant and have had a miserable time finding a vitamin that didn’t make me nauseous and throw it back up. I’ve tried them, and I don’t get sick at all. They give me the motivation I need in the morning to get out of bed and start the day when I take them before I do. They have a citrus flavor and are simple to chew. I will be buying more for the remainder of my pregnancy.”
